Week Thirty-Eight

Hello, and welcome back to another Austin Family entry!

We start with the twins going potty while Hillary is hanging out.

Elaine and Chase are having a strained discussion.

She is not looking happy…

While looking around the neighborhood for collectibles, I saw that the neighbors had been busy having fun in the snow.

Look! A first day of school drawing! How adorable!

I saw that Collin was angry, and I was curious, so I zoomed in to find Elaine happily holding him.

LOL, This is so cute! Plus… EA needs to edit the moodlets 😉

Kayla joined the kids’ club to get boosts on her homework and make friends.

Poor Hillary is sick. I hardly ever give them medicine.

Kayla wanted to play with marbles.

I gave her room a makeover; she likes the colors pink and blue.

Chase wanted to fight a ghost because they scared him.

Elaine had completed her aspiration of being the curator, so I gave her super parent. So now she gets to work on that.

I have never had a child acquire all of the good traits, so Kayla will focus on achieving them.

Is it me, or do these new aspirations for kids seem easier?

Cali got her end-of-life notification, so she gets her one potion of youth.

I never played around with this pack, so I find all the new things so cute!

Winterfest rolls around, so the family decorates the tree and opens presents.

This does not look like a warm outfit, lol.

She was brushing her teeth to try and lose her tooth.

Father Winter finally showed up, and I giggled at his hair and beard combo.

Everyone but the toddlers got to ask him for presents. Collin was trying, and he just left, so I got rid of this task for the holiday.

*sigh* I’m unsure how I like these new relationship dynamics. Now, I have to pay attention to the couples instead of ignoring them and occasionally having them interact.

Although this interaction is adorable!

It’s time for the twins to grow up!

She lost her tooth!

These two turned out so freaking cute!

Elaine is helping Collin with his homework.

Chase and Kayla are hanging out… this game tanked their relationship a bit.

She’s adorable!

More helping with homework!

Joining the kids club cleared a goal in his social butterfly aspiration, and it’s nice having a twin on hand to be your BFF!

Everyone wants to be around Kayla.

So, Elaine had a want to have a kid. I said, sure, you can try, and I’ll pin the want if she’s successful.

*sigh*

I don’t think I’ve had a kid play with the doctor set before.

The next day is the New Year, so the kids hang out together.

It’s also the festival of youth, so I sent the family because we are still trying to get all of the golden simmies. This is the only photo I took.

Once home, they all watch the countdown before heading to bed.

The next day is a custom holiday to celebrate past generations. One of the goals is to work out. Unfortunately, kids have to be energized to do this. Kayla took a shower, and I remembered the gym had energizing decor, so the twins went down there. After this, I realized that Stevie was lazy, so the workout task was greyed out for her. *shrugs*

There is also flower giving as a task. The romantic bouquets do not count if anyone is curious. And with this picture, this update is complete.
